Log in at calm.com (web).

Open your profile icon → Manage Subscription.

Click Cancel Subscription.

Confirm — if there's no cancel button, your billing runs through Apple or Google and must be cancelled there.
Before you cancel
Refunds: Calm's terms allow refund requests within 30 days of an annual renewal via support — worth trying if you just got charged.
After cancelling: Premium content locks when the paid period ends; free content remains.
Good to know: Just renewed by surprise? Email Calm support within 30 days — annual renewals are frequently refunded on request.
Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?
Subscriptions billed through Apple or Google can only be cancelled in the store, not on the service's website. iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app never cancels the billing.
