Sign in at account.adobe.com/plans.

Click Manage plan for your Creative Cloud plan.

Choose Cancel plan and verify your identity.

Review the early-termination fee (if any) and confirm.
Before you cancel
Refunds: Careful: the common 'Annual, paid monthly' plan charges an early termination fee of 50% of the remaining months if you cancel after the first 14 days.
After cancelling: Apps stop working when the plan ends; cloud files remain downloadable for a limited time.
Good to know: The known workaround for the cancellation fee: switch to a different plan first (which resets the 14-day window), then cancel within those 14 days. Also try chat support — they often waive the fee.
Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?
Subscriptions billed through Apple or Google can only be cancelled in the store, not on the service's website. iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app never cancels the billing.
