Log in at dropbox.com and open your avatar → Settings.

Go to the Plan tab.

Click Cancel plan at the bottom.

Continue through the retention offers and confirm.
Before you cancel
Refunds: No partial refunds in most regions; access lasts until the period ends.
After cancelling: Files stay, but if you're over the free 2 GB the account stops syncing new changes until you're under the limit.
Good to know: Dropbox's downgrade flow buries the confirm button below several offers — keep scrolling; you're done only when you see the confirmation email.
Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?
Subscriptions billed through Apple or Google can only be cancelled in the store, not on the service's website. iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app never cancels the billing.
