Cancel Canva Pro step by step

Log in at canva.com and click the gear icon (Settings).

Open Billing & plans.

Click the three dots next to your Canva Pro plan.

Choose Cancel subscription and follow the confirmation flow.
Before you cancel
Refunds: No partial refunds, but Canva keeps Pro active until the end of the paid period.
After cancelling: Designs using premium elements stay viewable, but premium assets get watermarked if you edit them on the free plan.
Good to know: Download any designs that use Pro stock photos before downgrading — re-exporting them later on the free plan adds watermarks.
Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?
Subscriptions billed through Apple or Google can only be cancelled in the store, not on the service's website. iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app never cancels the billing.
