Log in to disneyplus.com in a browser.

Select your profile icon, then Account.

Under Subscription, choose your Disney+ plan.

Select Cancel Subscription and confirm through the exit survey.
Before you cancel
Refunds: No partial refunds for a part-used month or year.
After cancelling: Streaming works until the end of the current billing period; after that the account stays but can't stream.
Good to know: If you're on a Disney Bundle (Hulu/ESPN+), cancelling Disney+ ends the whole bundle — check what you'd lose first.
Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play?
Subscriptions billed through Apple or Google can only be cancelled in the store, not on the service's website. iPhone/iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Android: Play Store → profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Deleting the app never cancels the billing.
